職務名稱:Principal System Analyst (Oracle Financial)
Responsiblities
Team Lead for Oracle Financial team.
Define and manage project/track (e.g. resource requirement) to deliver project on time and within budget.
Prepare/review project deliverables(e.g. business requirements and design documents, process maps, test plan, control matrices
) to ensure they meet project objectives.
Coordinate with other business system analyst in Projects to resolve cross-functional issue.
Conduct user acceptance testing.
Work closely with Solution Manager to review business requirement, process and solution design and recommend feasible IT solutions.
Analyze and solve complex problems, provide documentation, guidance and instruction to users at all levels.
Must be adept in month end, year end closing process in all the financials modules.
Manage technical assistance request (TAR) with Oracle.
Requirements
5 - 8 year experience in Oracle Financials R11i (AP,AR,GL,FA).
Have at least 3+ years of Lead/PM experience
Have 3+ cycles of implementation experience
Have at least 1 year of Vendor management experience
Familiar with the Procure to pay and Order to Cash cycle.
Ability to communicate project objectives, project status and deliverables to senior excutives.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to resolve critical issues by working effectively with Oracle Support and team.
Must be able to organize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with executing SQL queries and understanding the underlying table structure of the Oracle Applications.
