職務名稱:Solution Architect
工作內容:
As a Solution Architect you will play a key role in defining and developing IT solution architecture based on business needs and supporting the global infrastructure on both Security (Firewall, VPN, IDS) and Network (Router, Switch, VOIP) strategy and architecture. Solution Architect will provide infrastructure architecture, design, engineering, mentoring and 3rd level troubleshooting expertise in support of the global infrastructure. This requires a blend of strong technical and process management experience, a solid understanding of the technical aspects of IT infrastructure, service application and experience integrating business applications into IT infrastructures.
• Architecture and capacity planning of global infrastructure.
• Collect and review business solution requirements and make IT infrastructure solution recommendations to project team for business problems and challenges.
• Provide solution architecture review of existing and future IT services.
• Work with Project Manager as technical lead resource to accomplish project deliverables.
• Train key engineers with core technologies to develop a engineer resource pool.
• Technical lead on complex projects to ensure end-to-end analysis, integration and solution development.
• Providing technical guidance for external projects and solutions that have network components.
• Analyze collected data from the global infrastructure and identify problem areas that need improvement or redesign.
• Stay up to date and test new infrastructure technologies, identify and get approval for new ideas that can be implemented in the global infrastructure.
• Stay up to date with developments in the security threat and in measures to counter them for network systems.
• Develop and maintain security guidelines for network systems in cooperation with Information Security department.
• Develop and improve monitoring systems for the network environment in cooperation with 24x7 NOC.
• Document designs and changes for acceptance in production of the global infrastructure.
• Communication and negotiation with vendors and 3rd parties regarding technical solutions or technical details in agreements.
• Understanding of convergence network technology.
• Assist in financial analysis, business case and justification for initiatives.
• Prepare and present solutions to management.
需求條件:
• Total 10+ years of IT experience
• 6 years of experience in routing and switching domain and specialized in BGP, OSPF, PVST, and RSTP.
• 6 years of experience in layer 4 server load sharing domain and specialized in SLB, GSLB, and cache technology.
• 6 years of experience in UNIX administration and specialized in OS and application performance tuning, apache web server, php optimization and SQL administration.
• 6 years of experience in Windows administration and specialized in OS and application performance tuning, AD, Exchange, IIS, ASP, and MS SQL.6 years of experience in Firewall and VPN security devices and specialized in IPsec tunnel set up between difference vendors\' devices.
• 6 years of experience in architecture review, solution development and deployment for IT projects.
• Experience in full IT lifecycle experience – in particular, the knowledge and appreciation of the construction, implementation, and management aspects of the solution lifecycle in IT projects.
• 6 years of experience in storage technologies and specialized in iSCSI with Netapp experiences.
• 4 years of experience in IT architecture and specialized in three tiers- web, app, and database architectures.
• Effective Communications.
• Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Available to work flexible hours as required by assigned projects or system problems.
• Available to participate in after-hours/weekend on-call.
