職務名稱:FAE 工程師

工作內容:
(1)Proactively support customers to solve different kinds of technical issues, which involves embedded system, Linux, and hardware diagnostics.
(2)Logically collect information from multiple resources to reproduce known issues and locate problems.
(3)Effectively communicate with teammates to fix problems with good coordination skills.

需求條件:
(1)EE/CS bachelor/master degree.
(2)2-3 years FAE experience in IT domain with good understanding in
- Basic programming skills / tools
- Hardware platform / PC industry
- System level debugging tools
(3)have 1-2 years of RD experience in at least one of the following fields if you are new to FAE
- System BIOS
- Embedded system programming
- Linux kernel level program
- Linux application programming
(4)Good communication skill is a must.
(5)Good command in English is a plus.
(6)You have to love to help people, listen to people carefully and patiently, and most importantly, think logically.
