工作內容:
Running at the cutting edge of IT professionalism, you are accountable for delivering high quality IT services to support the company’s wide scoped business activities, and for the strategic information services implementation to enhance operation efficiency and effectiveness in meeting its policy objectives.
As a key team leader, you should be devoting, self-initiative and innovative.
A combination of strong leadership, outstanding team building ability and communication skill is essential; for formulating effective IT governance and management infrastructure, to assure that every positive opportunity of interactive IT services is systematically identified, and effectively implemented for supporting the company\'s nationwide business.
And also, you will be responsible for administering dynamic and flexible IT infrastructure, being agile and responsive to business process innovation and priority changes.
需求條件:
You should possess a recognized university degree in IT discipline, with a track record of more than 10 years in IT experiences, of which at least 8 years in managerial position for managing full spectrum of enterprise-wide IT projects is necessary, mostly in retailing industry.
Experience in monitoring large scaled IS systems particularly related to Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Point of sale (POS) and e-business operation; as well as network re-engineering and corporate change management programmes is a must.
Regional exposure to global corporate environment and willingness to travel is highly demanded by the way.
因為現在全球在導Oracle, 所以這個職務在溝通協調, 團隊帶領及專案管控能力一定要好~
英文必須精通, 一年至少會出差3~4次
看重技術部份, 10年的IT經驗, 8年的管理經驗
年薪:NT$1.8~2.2M (14.5 Fixed) +variable bonus+配車
