職務名稱:
Assistant Manager, User’s System Support
Reports To:VP/AVP, Project Manager

Job Purpose:
•  To help for the workflow re-engineering and on-going project management of Enterprise Banking in the aspect of IT support. This covers our businesses in Taiwan.

Key Accountabilities :
•  To provide technical support for workflow re-engineering and monitoring of business activities.
•  Act as coordinator between EB’s users and IT team for all daily system issues.
•  To coordinate and hold IT projects assigned by the supervisor.
•  To provide technical support in MIS data retrieval, analysis and maintenance.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
•  To support the writing of PC base programs for workflow automation and capturing of business activities.
•  To provide update and maintenance support for PC base programs.
•  To provide day to day technical support to users including :
-  how and where to get data
-  system performance and problems
-  enhancement request
•  To coordinate, lodge and follow up system issues with IT team.
•  To assist management to get MIS data
•  To support the IT projects in the areas of :
-  collect business requirements
-  prepare business requirement specification
-  assist user to prepare UAT Plan
-  coordinate user testing
-  monitor the production cut over
•  To arrange and provide system training to users
