Role:
Network Security Engineer
Job Purpose
To design, implement, manage and review the regional network infrastructure based on business requirements to ensure a secured, resilient and continuous availability of IT services for the company
Job Responsibilities
• Perform network/security administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, maintenance to ensure optimal and effective uptime
• Develop and document standard operating procedures for network infrastructure
• Constantly analyze, review and maintain the security baseline by performing risk and vulnerability assessments to ensure balance between the availability if resources and the requirement of sufficient security measures for effective protection of our intellectual property and business continuity
• Assess, recommend, lead and implement security controls and modules to ensure sufficient protection of corporate intellectual property and business continuity
• Enforcing and ensuring the network and security infrastructure are following the predefined standards
• Provide basic support to Taipei system infrastructure.
• Provide user support to Taipei office
Education & Experience
• Degree or Diploma in IT,Computer Science or Engineering
• CCNA/CCNP/CISSP certified or Min 4 years of related work experience in network security
• Experience in design and administration of Cisco, F5, Checkpoint products
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
• Network devices skills and experience in LAN, WAN
• Security devices skills and experience in firewall, host based IPS, Anti Virus.
• Equipped with hands-on experience and knowledge in firewall/layer-2 or layer-3 switch/router
• Good to have knowledge in Windows 2003 Infrastructure.
• Good to have knowledge in proxy, MRTG, PRTG.
• Must be able to work in a team, work independently with limited supervision and is also able to work under pressure
• Must be proactive, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
• Good Communication and Interpersonal skills
Salary:Open(13 months fixed)
