MARKETING DIRECTOR
Reports To: GM, Taiwan
Ø To lead the Marketing & Communications Department;
Ø To be accountable for the function and to provide high level of advice and recommendations to the management;
Ø To plan and control marketing budget;
Ø To develop, communicate and implement the strategic direction of the marketing operation that is consistent with the organisation’s overall mission, vision, and long-term objectives;
Ø To lead important marketing initiatives;
Ø To oversee day-to-day marketing programmes and activities to meet the organisation’s short business objectives;
Ø To identify advertising objectives, recommend choice of media, and allocate internal and external resources so that advertising and promotion campaigns are effective, economical, and appropriate for their intended audience;
Ø To ensure compliance with regulations and standards, and protect the organisation\'s public reputation;
Ø Liaise with other functional and operational managers to ensure that marketing strategies and activities are integrated with other parts of the business and align with the overall corporate objectives
Requirements:
Ø At least 10 years’ experience in Marketing, Advertising, Branding or PR in FMCG, Entertainment, Internet or Advertising with 3 or more years in top executive level for making strategical decision
Ø Experience in Online gaming or Internet is an added advantage
Ø Proven success in leading a team and assist an enterprise in meeting business objectives
Ø Good presentation and interpersonal skills
Ø Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese is a MUST
l 8至10年Marketing & Communications經驗
l 非常熟悉遊戲Marketing，Product，PR，廣告，媒體
l B to C的經驗
l 一定要有Online game產品經驗溝通能力強
l 有熱情，並喜愛運動或運動遊戲
