職務名稱:Quality Assurance Engineer
Job Purpose:
To measure product development deliverables and report on defects through testing methodologies and toolkits.
Key Accountability Areas:
1) To develop, modify and execute test plans to ensure proper coverage and disclosure of defects.
2) To research, develop and knowledge transfer Quality-based development best practices, methodologies and tools so that to reduce software defects in development phase.
3) To provide test results of functional and non-functional testing based on agreed metrics and recommend corrective actions if required.
Qualifications:
(A) Education
Degree holder in Computer Science related discipline
(B) Experience
Minimum 2 years of software quality assurance experience, preferably in banking or trading industry.
(C) Knowledge
• Strong knowledge of web technologies and software testing tools such as xUnit tools (NUnit, HTTPUnit, etc), Cruisecontrol, fxcop, NDoc, Jmeter, etc
• Strong knowledge and experience in using Continuous Integration Software Development Practices and toolset
• Strong knowledge test scripts development.
• Good knowledge of JAVA, Javascript, C# and Visual Basic.
