職務名稱:Technical team leader *2
Leadership:
the ability of an individual to influence, motivate, and enable others to contribute toward the effectiveness and success of the organizations of which they are members."
Job:
Lead teams towards technical excellence, and ensure teams’ deliverables meet/exceed expectations in terms of meeting requirements, quality, timeliness, & completeness.
Key Accountability Areas:
1. To assist Project manager in project timeline estimation to predict accurate delivery of deliverables.
2. To lead work package/component system design to ensure quality metrics are met in terms of maintainability, reliability, scalability, resilience and adherence to company architectural directions.
3. To provide guidance and leadership to team members to ensure continual learning and improvement in all aspects of development activities.
4. To perform coding, testing and documentation in line with user & system requirements to deliver source code, documents and test scripts that meet clients’ needs.
5. To perform 3rd level support in and after office hours to ensure fastest possible recovery to service.
6. To ensure team members deliverables (i.e. source code, documentation, test scripts) meet quality standards, user and system requirements.
Other Duties & Responsibilities:
1.To work closely with Resource Manager to highlight any unplanned utilization pattern of team members.
2.To ensure team members constantly update project plan to allow proper tracking of project status.
3.To ensure and protect company intellectual property(e.g. source code, documentation, etc).
4.To ensure change request input information are complete and relevant to ensure smooth execution of project that meets requirements.
5.To monitor strength and weaknesses of team members to ensure proper & relevant training and guidance are provided to maximize the strength and overcome weakness.
6.Some knowledge of Domain driven software development and Test driven software development.

•精通以下組合:
1.ASP、ASP.net、Stored Procedures、C#、JavaScript、Java、Microsoft SQL 及/或 Oracle 資料庫。
2.各類中介軟體技術。
3.熟OOAD and Design pattern.
•7-10 年相關經驗。
Requirements:
•Diploma or Degree Holder – in Computer Science / Information Systems (or equivalent) from renowned tertiary institutions, with good results preferred.
•Certification in the relevant technologies and skill-sets is a plus.
•Minimum 5 years application development experience, preferably in banking, online-gaming industry or any other high transactional web-based systems.
•Minimum 1 year experience in architectural and system analysis/design for high transactional web-based systems.
•Understand SDLC and PMBOK processes.
•Design concepts using UML, ER/EER, design patterns important.
•Strong usage experience of MSSQL 2000/2005 and/or Oracle/DB2.
•Strong knowledge of ASP, C#, ASP.Net, Stored Procedures, Javascript, or Java/J2EE.
•Strong knowledge of business modeling tools and techniques (e.g. UML, Use Cases, etc).
•Strong knowledge and experience in TDD environment is preferred.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
•Able to work in a dynamic and ever-changing industry.
•Able to effectively lead a team & solve problems, and cultivate team cohesiveness & teamwork.
•Bilingual (English and Chinese), both oral and written is preferred.
•Determined to stay at the forefront of technology development.
