工作要求：
BS in Computer Science. MS preferred；
At least 5 years of software industrial experience in Object Oriented system design and development；
At least 3 years experience in Web application development；
Have a good command of J2EE technologies, including Servlet, JDBC, JavaMail and etc, as well as popular design patterns；
Good experience on web2.0 applications, including CSS, AJAX, XML and etc;
Good experience in popular J2EE framework, e.g., Struts, Spring etc；
Strong troubleshooting ability and performance tuning skill；
Have experience on Dojo, JQuery is a plus；
Have experience to develop large J2EE system is a plus；
Good English writing skills.
