| 工作內容/職務描述 | Kijiji TW, the eBay classified business is hiring a marketing manager to be responsible for Kijiji TW’s marketing strategy. This person will report to Kijiji Country Manager, TW and work with the entire Kijiji team to promote the website in TW. Marketing strategy planning: Develop marketing strategy for Kijiji TW, including detailed execution plan. This plan will include relevant customer acquisition targets, media purchases and budget allocations, and will support key business objectives. Perform analysis to determine return-on-investment for all marketing activities. 2.Conduct Community Marketing Campaign: Ensure the full optimization and measurement of campaigns. This will include designing and creatives, monitoring and optimizing performance, maximizing return on investment and reporting results. Develop direct marketing strategy to increase user retention.*需要條件 •有一年以上社群行銷操作經驗。•熟悉社群網站，部落格，粉絲團經營，熟悉市面上的SNS產品•擅長企劃案撰寫與執行、文案撰寫、創意十足•對於網路行銷及趨勢抱持熱忱 •具電子商務/大型網站相關經驗者優先考慮•對任務有使命必達的責任心
