miiiCasa is the start-up product design team and intend to provide more valuable applications and services on home gateway for consumers globally. miiiCasa-enabled router won 2011 CES Innovation Award Honeree. We are looking for a Senior Visual Designer to join the user experience design team at miiiCasa. The team is responsible for designing products for web, mobile, TV to global market. As a Visual Designer, you will work closely with Product Managers, Design Researchers, Interaction Designer and Engineers. You will be responsible for providing visual design of the miiiCasa product.
Responsibilities include: * Being proficient in visual design for web or mobile interface, drive the process of turning product ideas into visualizations. * Defining web, mobile, TV visual style guideline, and ensure the design strategy consistency across all miiiCasa Products. * Clear communicating visual design strategy and rationale both verbally and written are essential. * Assessing proposed solutions for not only issues of visual design but also how those issues play out in interaction design. * Contributing to a culture of innovation and teamwork.
Qualifications: * College and/or advanced degree(s) in Graphic Design, Computer-related Design, or equivalent. * At least 5 years’ experience as a key member of a visual design team participating in the complete product development life-cycle of successfully launched products on web or mobile devices. Worked on global product is a plus. * Must be able to take art-direction and work under pressure while managing time effectively. * Able to quickly understand the constraints of a visual design problem, identify the tradeoffs, and communicate them to decision makers and fellow designers. * Strong technical knowledge of how web-based technologies apply to web design such as HTML, Flash, CSS, and AJAX. * Having the ability to work well in a user-centered design process * Must be detail oriented.

miiiCasa在尋找資深視覺設計一起加入我們的使用者經驗部門。我們的服務會推廣至全球使用者，設計需具國際觀。資深視覺設計負責miiiCasa相關產品的視覺設計，包括網頁、手機、電視機介面設計，並與產品經理、使用者研究員、互動設計及工程師緊密合作。
工作內容包括： *. 精通網頁或手機介面設計，並且能將產品想法透過視覺設計去豐富使用者經驗 *. 定義網頁, 手機, 電視介面的品牌視覺風格，擬定設計策略，並檢視全產品線的設計統一性 *. 能清楚地跟團隊溝通設計策略 *. 能根據使用者碰到的障礙或其他因互動設計而產生的問題，評估視覺部分解決方法
條件: *. 大學以上，美術、視覺設計相關科系 *. 五年以上、有執行從規劃到上線的網站或手機產品的完整經驗，並在相關專案擔任重要角色，有國外產品設計經驗或海外求學背景佳 *. 能主導視覺方向，細心、並具抗壓性 *. 具HTML, Flash, CSS, AJAX相關知識 |
