Description:
* Consumer web application development experience
* Experience with high traffic consumer destination sites
* Solid database skills (we use PostgreSQL). NoSQL experience a plus
* Domain expertise with JavaScript, AJAX, CSS,DHTML, web security, web
scalability techniques, and web usage analytics
* Strong Python and Django experience
* Experience with continuous integration infrastructure and test-driven
development a plus
* Excellent communication and personal skills: ability to interact and work
well with members of other functional groups in a small project team with
a strong sense of project ownership
Requirements:
* B.S. Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
* Some international travel required
Desireable Skills and Experience
* Fluency in written and spoken English
* Participation in open-source development projects
