| 工作內容/職務描述 |
We require a Senior Designer that is aware of online accessibility issues and have experience of working to W3C accessibility guidelines, therefore an understanding of XHTML and CSS is beneficial.
Requirements
• Have a sound understanding of design & delivery of digital marketing (as well as an e-commerce environment)
• Have 4 years+ commercial/digital design experience in graphics software applications, techniques, and tools
• Be proactive and able to manage your own time as well as your teams time to ensure delivery of projects within tight deadlines.
• Be an original thinker who provides high-level client service; develops, and implements new and innovative resolutions
• Have excellent communication skills (graphical, verbal and written).
• Be an enthusiastic team player, and also be able to work as an individual when required.
• Have a keen eye for quality and exceptional attention to detail.
• Be able to work and liaise across all departments to produce the best response to Creative Briefs
• Have a flexible approach and be able to cope with several projects at any one time.
• Have the ability to create quick sketches, which demonstrate your illustrative skills and creativity.
• Have the ability to present visual concepts and presentations to clients.
• Have the ability to mentor and inspire other members of the creative team.
• Have a solid understanding of site functionality & architecture (UX)
• Be proficient in the latest versions of:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Macromedia Flash and Dreamweaver would be a plus
