工作內容/職務描述The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day SEO/ SEM management of our website. This position is mainly responsible for utilizing web data and analytic metrics to create ongoing recommendations for improving online user experience, driving traffic, increasing sales conversion, and optimizing marketing campaigns. 
Responsibilities：
● Manage and optimize existing online marketing initiatives such as SEO, SEM (Google AdWords), Banner advertising, Affiliate marketing, Forum, Newsletter & social media.
● Utilize Google Analytics to identify visitor behavior and drive improvements based on findings.
● Build relationships with bloggers and industry publications to promote brand awareness. 
● Ongoing competitive analysis and brand defender 
● Create and test keywords, descriptions, bidding strategies, ads, landing page content, URLs, and others to maximize lead results and quality of leads/traffic 
● Provide progress and insight reports on a regular basis 
● Keyword research, Adgroup and campaign structuring
● Continually evaluate and improve campaign’s effectiveness 
● Follow latest SEM/SEO standards to ensure optimal results 
● Budget monitoring of campaigns, and weekly reporting on results
