| 工作內容/職務描述 | Responsibilities:• Working closely with the rest of the engineering and innovation team to support on-going development of the Company’s Services.
• To be the product development quality gatekeeper. • Responsible for UAT / Production Development (including Service Level check, and unit testing) • Maintain bug tracking system & knowledge base, perform on job training or handover relevant knowledge to support/operations team members. • Create relevant workflow & documentations. • Responsible for tier one escalation point in product development team. Help to do the first-line troubleshooting and escalate/issue bugs to the 2nd-tier software engineers. • Innovate and engineer cutting edge product in distributed computing and performance space • Be a key player at the core of our talented team • Provisioning the new subscriptions or trial cases of the company’s products/services by configuring and testing the Protection function setup until customer acceptance • Handing over the new customer subscriptions smoothly to the PS/operation team. • Providing feedback observed during provisioning processes to the PS Team. • Providing technical training internally • Major Stakeholders Interaction (internal/external) :CS/SOC/Infra/PS Requirements:• Degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent work experience. • At least 5 years of working experience. • Strong Knowledge of HTML/JavaScript/Nginx/Apache/CDN/Shellscript • Knowledge of Server Management (Citrix/VMWare/Linux/Windows) • Experience with any cloud platform, like GCP, AWS…etc. • Knowledge of Internet technologies (BGP, TCP/IP, UDP, ICMP, HTTP(S), SMTP, DNS, and SSL) • Any NOC/SOC/IDC working experience would be an advantage. • Any Unix Liked System Administration certs or CCNA certification would be an advantage • Knowledge of DDoS attack types would be an advantage. • Knowledge of Node.js, PHP, Go Lang, Python would be an advantage. • Server and Security professional certificates like CISSP, ITIL, CCSP, Citrix… etc would be an advantage |
