The Digital Project Manager will help execute the company’s digital and mobile initiatives in the US with the goal of aggregating an audience for the content produced by Next Media Animation and generating inbound traffic.

Based in Taipei, this role coordinates with the editorial team that produces animated breaking news and satire: www.tomonews.net  

Responsibilities:
  • Work with a team of three to develop and implement a digital strategy that will aggregate an audience for Next Media Animation's content, generate inbound traffic and convert viewers into loyal audience members
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams and agencies to help project manage website and app development
  • Monitor digital and mobile trends, tools and applications to identify and provide optimization recommendations for the website and app
  • Measure and analyze the impact of content and product development on website traffic, app downloads and web/app views and user satisfaction; translate results into actionable business insights in a monthly report
Qualifications:
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese
  • 2+ years of digital media/analytics/marketing or project/product management experience; candidates with technical background preferred
  • Ideal candidate enjoys working with data and finding insights, possesses strong project management, analytical and organizational skills, and is resourceful and efficient in completing tasks
  • Candidate will need to be highly organized, detail-oriented, results-driven and an independent, reliable worker
