Job Description

Seeking a senior PHP developer with more three years experience. The developer is responsible for gathering and analysis, managing the entire project life cycle, design, documentation, scheduling, and resource allocation, developing custom PHP solutions, maintaining existing PHP code and managing trams of back-end developer.

工作內容
  1. 了解客戶需求，進行系統分析及規劃，撰寫開發文件
  2. 領導後端開發團隊，完成後端工作，掌控開發進度及品質
  3. 協助後端團隊維護現有系統及新功能開發
  4. 協助開發團隊建立完整個開發流程


Job Requirements
  1. 3+ years of PHP development experience
  2. Knowledge of Object Oriented Programming and MVC
  3. Excellent communication skills with Team and client
  4. Strong system analytical skills
  5. Documents software and systems
  6. Ability to manage back-end team

工作條件
  1. 3 年以上後端開發經驗
  2. 了解OOP及MVC架構
  3. 具備系統分析及規劃能力
  4. 具備撰寫開發文件經驗
  5. 良好的溝通能力
  6. 可閱讀英文文件，有能力與國外團隊溝通
  7. 管理後端開發團隊


Additional Requirements
  1. Familiar with LAMP
  2. Object-oriented analysis and design (OOAD) experience
  3. Usage of Git
  4. A basic understanding of NoSQL
  5. A basic understanding of Test Driven Development

加分
  1. 熟悉LAMP開發環境
  2. 具備OOAD觀念
  3. 使用Git 進行開發
  4. 具備NoSQL 開發經驗
  5. 測試驅動開發 (Test Driven Development) 經驗
