工作內容/職務描述	Responsibilities - Responsible to develop and maintain KKBOX Web video platform - Implement conversion experiments (A/B tests) - Write self-documented and re-usable UI code - Code review with other developers, and identify issues and weaknesses. - Continuously refactor code bases and optimize its performance - Work together with other team members and build exciting new features with cutting-edge technologies Qualifications - 2+ years experience building web application - 4+ years software development experience - Expert knowledge of Javascript, AJAX, HTML and CSS - In-depth experience in object oriented design with javascript and good understanding of application performance - Experience working on cross-browser compatibility - Good communication skill and team-work spirit - Aptitude to independently learn new technologies - Strong initiative and enthusiasm Extra: - It is good to show us your previous work which you are proud of, or piece of code you’ve contributed to any open-source projects - It is a plus if you have experience with Silverlight - It is also a plus if you have knowledge of PHP and Backend APIs
