| 工作內容/職務描述 | Responsibilities:
The Field Application Engineering role is responsible for helping the sales team close the technical aspects of customer opportunities and supporting those opportunities through production. In this role one must be able to build out Internet of Things example solutions that mimic the solution the problems that our customers are trying to solve. These example solutions may include device hardware development, firmware modification, script writing, and Javascript programming. CANDIDATE PROFILE: - EE or Computer Science BS or MS - 10+ years experience in customer support or field experience working with embedded processors, firmware, website development - Experience helping customers architect connected solutions from the connected devicea to databases to visualization of data - Experience with web APIs and internet protocols including: HTTP, JSON encoded RPC, CoAP, UDP- Solid knowledge of wireless protocols including WiFi, Zigbee, ISM, GSM/GPRS, and LTE - Experience in the following programming languages: C, C++, Python, Javascript, Java, LUA and eLUA- Excellent oral and written communication skills - Excellent Customer Service Skills - Respond quickly and effectively to production issues - Work directly with end-users to identify, investigate, and resolve technical issues - Coordinate issue tracking, resolution, and notification- iOS or Android application building experience is a plus 職務說明: 客服工程師職責在於能夠在技術層面上幫助銷售團隊貼近客戶的需求，並且藉由產品創造合作機會，需能用物聯網打造解決問題的範例並且模擬解決方案來幫助客戶處理目前所面臨的問題，這些解決方案包含了設備硬體開發、腳本撰寫以及Javascript編程。 基本條件: -電機系或資訊工程系學士或以上 -十年以上客戶支援或嵌入式處理器、韌體及網頁設計相關實務經驗 -幫助客戶連結產品至資料庫以達到數據視覺化的經驗 -能使用Web API及網際網路通訊協定：HTTP, JSON-RPC, CoAP, UDP相關經驗。 -熟稔無線通訊協議的相關知識，包含WiFi, Zigbee, ISM, GSM/GPRS, 及 LTE-具有C, C++, Python, Javascript, Java, LUA 以及eLUA等程式設計語言相關經驗。 -優秀的口頭及書面溝通技巧 -優秀的客戶服務技巧 -能快速且有效率的回答產品相關問題 -能夠與使用者直接確認、調查並解決技術問題 -協調事宜，追蹤、解決並告知問題所在 -具有iOS或Android應用程式建構經驗者為佳 |
