? 可接受時常出差（韓國＋大陸＋歐洲...) 對工作有熱情、創業家精神、喜歡思考找答案 Job Responsibilities: - Work closely with a cross-functional team that includes engineers, product managers to create simple, easy to use software. - Brainstorm, research, wireframe, design and refine user experiences - all within specified product requirements and deadlines. - Architect and perform usability sessions with key stakeholders and customers to get feedback. - Deliverables include wireframes, workflow diagrams, interactive mockups and prototypes. Qualifications - Ability to solve all sorts of design challenges with creativity, efficiency and precision; a full stack designer (interaction, usability, graphic design, html, css). - UI and UX Design expertise. - Skilled at building original web sites and applications focused on optimized user experience. - Comfortable designing for web browsing through any device: be it a desktop, laptop, iPad, Android Pad, or smartphone. - Must be self-directed, confident and able to work in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication, both written and spoken English, with both technical and not-so-technical people. Required Skills: - 4+ years of experience designing user experiences and interaction design for rich interactive Web/iOS/Android applications for the consumer or enterprise - Exceptional user interface and experience design skills and an understanding of user-centered design disciplines and principals, as well as an eye for subtle detail. - The ability to quickly grasp and distill highly complex user design issues into clean, understandable solutions. - Able to integrate UX into Agile development practices. We release working software in short iterations; therefore, candidate must flourish in a fast paced, iterative, deadline driven environment. - Strong communication and organizational skills are critical to success among this company of talented individuals. - Strong visual design skills: Latest trends, color and typography. - Strong interaction design skills: wireframing, prototyping, HTML5, CSS3. - Experience with: iOS design, Android design, front-end design, OSX design, interaction design, GUI design or usability. - Show an online portfolio of recent UI and UX work |
