| 工作內容/職務描述 | Responsibilities
1. Supervise routine hardware and software checks of workstations and servers to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and configuration guidelines 2. Review and report on service uptime, performance and utilization of infrastructure systems 3. Ensure that projects are in compliance with overall project or SLA scope and set quality standards 4. Plan, oversee and report review diagnostics, troubleshooting and recover processes to identify opportunities for improvement Requirements 1. University degree or equivalent in Engineering or Computer Science 2. More than 5 years’ relevant working experience in Sun Micro systems maintenance 3. Familiar with Veritas Volume Manager, San Cluster, Oracle Database, Legato backup/restore tool 4. Candidates with knowledge on Microsoft Windows and Networking will have an added advantage 5. Pro-active, good interpersonal communication skill, a team player and have a ‘can-do’ attitude |
