[Must Have]
3+ years C/C++ programming experience
3+ years software design and development experience
Deep understanding and experience of TCP/IP protocol stack, HTTP(S) and other protocols
Deep understanding and expereince Windows driver programming 
Strong in Algorithms and Data Structures
Strong software design, profiling and verification skills 

[Nice to Have]
Knowledge of VPN, Load balancers, IPS/IDS, Routers and Firewall
Strong in fundamentals - High performance Computing, Event based programming, Multi threading, Memory optimization, Fault Tolerance etc.
Good understanding of distributed systems
Experience developing large, maintainable software product architectures
Self motivated and good team work
