We are in the early stages of building a world-class product adapted to the needs of each market we will touch, and we’re building a phenomenally talented team of engineers and product managers to help us scale. As a Product Manager, you’ll be working with engineers, designers and the Operations team to create a global vision of what GoGoVan will be to our users, our suppliers, and our partners. We’re looking for someone from a technical background who can drive product innovation, work within a cross-functional setting, and prioritize projects so that the most important problems are solved first. What you'll be doing: Understand and internalize GoGoVan’s mission and strategy and be able to project our goals onto any project or product feature you’re taking the lead to develop. Drive collaboration between teams by setting clear qualitative and quantitative goals, defining a roadmap, and promoting communication throughout the life of each project. Adapt the products and tools we’re building to the needs of each market we launch. Actively seek and use data to inform new features, new iterations, and new products. What we're looking for: Previous hands-on software engineering experience is a must, and a degree in computer science or the equivalent is preferred. You’re a leader who is able to drive execution of a roadmap, to motivate teams to collaborate towards a common goal, and to distill complex tasks into simple steps. You have an excellent eye for design and a user-centric focus when it comes to building products and tools. You’re naturally curious and will stop at nothing to find answers to our biggest questions. You’re persistent and detail-oriented, and will set a high bar of expectations for both your work and work completed by team members.
