Research and gather data on user behavior to inform the design process for our apps - we want our apps not only to be easily navigable but also a pleasure to use. Lead our team to the latest and greatest UI / UX design practices. What we're looking for: 2+ years mobile UI / UX design experience preferred. Solid experience with Photoshop, InDesign and any other design tool of your choice. Deep understanding of Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines and Google’s Material Design Guidelines. Experience in working with a development team from idea to product. Excellent teamwork and communications skills. Experience with conducting research via focus groups and usability tests.
