工作內容:
1.Coordinate and develop detailed design specification plans based on
businesses specifications, and manage their successful implementation.
2.Provide strategic vision and leadership in relation to network projects to
deliver solutions that meets functionality, quality and timelines for bank.
3.Review/Approve all network designs to ensure conformance with design
strategies and optimization
4.Accountable for the on-time delivery of network projects that reduce
RTS costs.
5.Lead multiple concurrent projects with varying complexities and priorities.
6.Work with teams to identify potential problems, analyze alternatives and
develop plans to resolve.
7.Lead and coordinate with vendors, carriers and network designers to
identify new technologies to enable costs savings opportunities.
8.Lead quality improvement and best practices sharing
9.Provide technical assistance to other projects
10.Manage contract negotiation and service delivery of third party vendors
11.Increase awareness of products by providing technical training to others
需求條件:
1.CCNA (Certified Cisco Network Associate, must)
2.Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency with a range of network tools
3.Solid technical background with proven experience in large IP based
networks including experience in IPsec VPN, GRE, NAT, VLAN, CEF,
Policy Routing, SNMP, QoS, PPP, Frame Relay, ISDN, ATM, MPLS, xDSL,
VoIP, RIP, OSPF, IGRP, EIGRP, BGP, HSRP and VRRP technologies
design/implementation/diagnosis
4.Demonstrated technical proficiency with leading network technologies
such as Cisco, Checkpoint, Nortel, Nokia, Netscreen
5.Ability to guide work within a team across multiple global locations to
accomplish goals
6.Demonstrated ability to interpret business requests and requirements
into actionable plans and designs
7.Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with technical
specialists, as well as non-technical customers.
8.Creative problem solving, and strong analytical skills
9.Customer Centric, Quality Focused, Strategic Thinker and an Agent for
Change.
10.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence subordinates,
team members, management and external groups.
11.Strong oral and written communication skills, analytical problem solving,
and vendor relationship/management/negotiation skills.
