RAN Support Engineer
工作內容:
- Trouble shooting simpler faults with assistant from more experienced personnel, support customers Operation and Maintenance of WCDMA RAN network system including RNC/RBS/RXI.
- Implement software update and upgrade package.
- Require and use of necessary tools and methods for customer support.
- Coordinate switch support activities with operators representative and maintain a good customer relationship.
- Maintain CSR throughout system.
- To utilise computer global network or service units to receive Cello and other Network Elements product information.
- Write technical reports upon request.
- Give technical assistance to customers.
需求條件:
- At least 1 year experience in modern Cellular Switching Network or Radio Network in R/D, Field Applications, Testing and Installation related areas.
- Team work & customer service oriented attitude.
- Good communication skills in English.
工作地點:台北復興北路(但這個位置會常跑客戶端)
Salary:800k~1.2M
