職務名稱:
IT Manager


工作內容:
1.Strategic IT Management
- Ensures that all information systems operate according to internal standards
- Ensure infrastructure is secure by enforcing corporate security policy
- Evaluate the organization\'s technology use and needs and recommend improvements, such as hardware and software upgrades.
- Reviews hardware and software acquisition and maintenance contracts
- Consolidate purchase or lease agreements for hardware, software, maintenance and telecommunication services.
- Integration approaches that will connect and streamline business processes and support systems.
- Maintains an enterprise-wide business recovery plan to ensure timely and effective restoration of IT services in the event of a disaster
- Control operational budget and expenditures.
2.Business Applications Support
- Provides quality service to end users in needs analysis, solution recommendation, vendor selection, implementation, training, and post-installation support
- Determines pertinent information required by management in making effective decisions. Ensures that the gathering, processing, distribution and use of this information occurs in a timely, accurate and cost effective manner through on-going review and education programs.
- Ensure principal receive their scheduled reports timely.

3.Project Management
- To support and ensure timely roll out of project methodology.
- Apply best practices to IT project management, such as prototyping, tracking and post-implementation auditing.
- Direct daily operations of department, analyzing workflow, establishing priorities, developing standards and setting deadlines.
4.Leadership Management
- Develops and maintains an appropriate organizational structure capable of supporting the information needs of operating entities.
- Bringing together and managing the multidisciplinary teams of staffs to work on projects.
- Responsible for the recruitment, development, motivation and retention of assigned IT staff

需求條件:
1.Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field with at least 8 years of progressive experience in managing functions and departments dealing with information handling, work flow and systems
2.The capacity to articulate the case for IT investments and alternatives in the language of business.
3.Business acumen with strong problem solving and analytical capabilities
4.A hands-on manager who is highly achievement oriented.
5.Articulate, has initiative, independent and innovative
6.Excellent oral, written communication and negotiation skills
7.Ability to prioritize competing demands.
8.The capacity for motivating IT employees; cultivated people skills (including the ability to sense and empathize with employee concerns); coaching, teaching and mentoring ability;
9.Demonstrated ability to relate to all levels of the user community.

Salary:1.8M~2.2M (13 months fixed)+ Performances bonus (above 1~2 month)
