工作內容:
This Application Support Group (ASG) position provides trading application support for the growing Equity business in Asia Pacific.
The position also requires close cooperation with many diverse areas of the firm, including business units, application development and technology infrastructure teams.
DUTIES：
1. Provide hotline support for internal clients.
2. Communication of problems and resolutions to clients, business units, and technical staff
3. Trace order flow through the system. Candidate must develop a detailed knowledge of the system architecture and work flow.
4. User account management and configuration from operating system to trading application levels
5. Entry, escalation and follow up of problem tickets.
6. User acceptance testing of trading applications and systems
SKILLS REQUIRED：
1. Strong technical, communication, analytical and problem solving skills
2. Good understanding of Business Unit concepts and ability to interact with traders
3. Good understanding of operating systems (Solaris, Linux, Windows, etc).
4. Understanding of databases (Sybase) and networks
5. Good oral and written communications skills
6. Knowledge of scripting languages, ksh, Perl, SQL, Visual Basic, XML
7. Java. C, C++, C#, Dot Net knowledge is an advantage
8. Basic FIX knowledge is definitely an advantage.
9. Financial product knowledge is definitely a plus
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED：
1. College degree, preferably in computer science or related discipline
2. 2 years experience in handling equity system support or development
