職務名稱:
Project Manager
*Title可談至VP or AVP
Job Purpose:
• To manage and lead the small Admin and User System Support Team in the Mid-office which covers the businesses of Enterprise Banking in Taiwan. Total headcount under supervision is 1-2.
Key Accountabilities:
• To supervise sub-ordinates in handling of projects and office administration works.
• To hold and manage system and business projects.
• To provide technical support to all aspects of the business
• To assist his/her supervisor in project design and planning
• To be responsible on all matters regarding Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and information security to ensure the Business Unit are in compliance with regulatory bodies/authorities and the Bank Group’s policy.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:• Project management :
- To plan and assign resources
- To organize meetings between IT team and business
- To manage, monitor and report the project status
- To track the post implementation result
• To design and provide technical solution for workflow re-engineering, business activities tracking and MIS data analysis.
• To design and prepare management reports
• To act as Information Security Officer and BCP coordinator of the business unit
• To plan and assign resources for day to day technical supports and office administration works.
• To provide coaching and training to staff , balance the morale of the team.
Experience:
• 10 years of experience in similar or same job.
Education / Preferred Qualifications:
• University graduates
Core Competencies:
• In-depth project management skills
• Strong technical knowledge
• Knowledge of the commercial banking products
• Knowledge of end to end operation process
• Good presentation skills
• Good command of both verbal and written English
Technical Competencies:• Experience in management of regional projects
• Experience in management of e-banking system project
• Knowledge of program design
Work Relationship:
• Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate the projects internally and externally
• Business oriented and flexible
• Matured
• Willing to take up responsibilities
