職務名稱:
IT Service Desk Support Analyst
工作內容:
1) Provide Service Desk Support to Pall Taiwan to ensure smooth IT operation of Helpdesk Support, Network Infrastructure and Systems. Handling Support Cases in Service Desk System. This include end to end follow-up on incidents/requests to ensure proper closure.
2) Working and coordinate with IT Infra Manager on IT Corporate Standard Policies and Technical Compliance on all aspects of Infrastructures related matter.
3) Responsible for the daily IT Infra Systems, Networks Security to ensure compliance with Corporate IT Security Policy and Standards.
4) Responsible for managing and support the Line of Business, Shared Services user’s requirements to formulate these to IT Infra Change. This included analyze the business needs to support their plan/strategic and new financial year planning.
5) To provided first level IT related hardware and software application support
6) To assist and maintain LAN/WAN network, system backup and daily IT activities.
7) To liaise with third -party or supplier for IT related issues.
8) To maintain IT hardware and software inventory list
9) To coordinate hardware maintenance, new hardware purchase and delivery/install from time to time
10) To provide IT Service Desk Support and to manage daily IT Operation.
需求條件:
1) Preferably 3 years of IT Helpdesk and Infrastructure experiences.
2) Able to speak, read and write English(需經常性跟新加坡總部聯繫)
3) Diploma / Degree in IT related courses and/or relevant experience in Information Technology service delivery and infrastructure support.
4) Excellent and effective communication and problem-solving skills.
5) Experience working in Help Desk or Customer Service Support environment is an added advantage.
6) Applicants must have at least MCSE Certification and knowledge of WAN/LAN skills would be an added advantage.
Salary:50k~65k (14 months fixed) or Above
