This person will need a strong Category Understanding of the Social games in order to develop and execute on Retention, engagement, Anti-churn, and monetization strategies. Responsibilities: Review and formulate and execute product strategies to grow market share & enhance profitability of product portfolio Work closely with development to ensure that the product delivery is on time Exercises independent judgement and discretion in planning and organizing the schedule based on actual data Monitor and analyze KPIs of all marketing campaigns to ensure results are on track and if not, to identify the problems and recommend solutions to rectify them. Assess current business and information systems, identify gaps and suggest / implement solutions to support existing and new business initiatives. Requirements: Strong understanding of social game category, with prior category experience required 3 years specifically as a Product Marketing Manager of social games Excellent analytical / decision making skills
