工作內容/職務描述	Responsibilities: To understand the business of the Company, the relevance and interaction of other roles within the Company and the impact of your decision to the overall operation of Company. Supervising artists, delegating projects to staff, setting priorities to meet deadlines, troubleshooting and other production jobs that fall outside the job description of other personnel in an advertising studio. To attend and contribute towards weekly forward planning meetings Where relevant to liaise with other members of staff in order to resolve any queries or conflicts in order to achieve a balance between productions requirements, service excellence and staff welfare. To respect the confidentiality regarding the staff information contained in any rosters, CRM systems and within the Company. To ensure that all staff are kept informed of the schedules including last minute changes and any advance information, to discuss any queries as appropriate. Working to develop marketing programs and implementing those programs in order to meet session goals Developing a sense of teamwork amongst staff To undertake any other relevant administrative tasks / projects to ensure the smooth running of the facility To represent the best interests of the company at all times. Requirements Possess a Bachelor\'s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Sales, Business or any similar field and at least 5 years experience as a Studio Manager or senior role in a large Scale Game Studio. Excellent written and Verbal Communication Skills. Strong organization and project management skills. Advanced knowledge of design and production software. Proven leadership skills and ability to meet deadlines under stressful environments and motivate a team with a wide range of fields. Must also be able to think outside the box, meticulous attention to detail and possess problem-solving skills.

Requirements
