Localization Manager position is in taking the lead and responsibility in making sure that our company is strong at local markets - walks and talks the local language. Responsibilities Manage the processes and resources for localizing game content to ensuring our success in global marketplace. Initiate localization and translation efforts for our products, including website, email communication, marketing materials etc. Take ownership of all localization projects. Counterpart for product, marketing and development team to ensure smooth release cycles. Leading co-operation and automation of localization related processes, targeting maximum efficiency. Prioritization of numerous and diverse tasks and projects. Requirements: Strong project management skills Bachelor\'s degree required. Ideal subjects of study: language, localization or translation, computer science. Understanding of local market requirements Experience in localization tools, processes and content management A passion for language, high energy and positive attitude Excellent written communication skills Proficient in Chinese and English, knowledge of Japanese is a huge advantage Experience in web and desktop applications is a plus Strong international background and experience from different cultures is a major advantage
