We are seeking a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer/Manager with experience on high traffic commercial web applications. We are looking for a leader who will help define the products, make all key technical decisions, organize and inspire the technical team, and take true ownership of the product. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be coding alongside the team. If you are extremely strong coder with minimal management experience, we encourage you to apply. Our team consists of Carnegie Mellon alumni with extensive internet marketing experience, running campaigns for large sites including Banks.com and IRS.com.
