工作內容/職務描述 | Kijiji TW, the eBay classified business is hiring a marketing manager to be responsible for Kijiji TW’s marketing strategy. This person will report to Kijiji Country Manager, TW and work with the entire Kijiji team to promote the website in TW.Kijiji is the fastest-evolving classified website in TW. You have the opportunity to do something really big and create an impact in the TW internet industry.Come and join us ! 1. Marketing strategy planning: - Develop overarching marketing strategy for Kijiji TW, including detailed execution plan. This plan will include relevant customer acquisition targets, media purchases and budget allocations, and will support key business objectives. Perform analysis to determine return-on-investment for all marketing activities. 2. Internet Marketing Campaign: - Ensure the full optimization and measurement of all internet marketing campaigns. This will include designing and delivering online advertising campaigns, developing keywords and creatives, monitoring and optimizing performance, maximizing return on investment and reporting results. - Develop direct marketing strategy to increase user retention. 3. Offline promotions/Events: - Develop and manage offline campaigns to increase awareness and buzz among our target consumers. These will include offline advertising campaigns, grassroots/viral marketing promotions, and community events. Monitor all campaigns, measuring results where possible and refining/optimizing where needed. Brief and manage any relevant third party agencies or teams used in promotions/events. 4. PR: Develop PR strategy to increase exposure in consumer and corporate press. Use knowledge of the media to ensure smooth day-to-day running of the press office, initially fielding all media calls, Q&A’s 5. Brand management and communication strategy: - Develop the right brand style and ensure it is consistently applied to all communication channels. Develop communication plan and messages for use in all activities. 6. Consumer Knowledge: - Develop plans to acquire user feedback and perform user research when necessary. Tailor marketing programs to appropriately target our consumers. Monitor industry news and trends.
Requirements 1. Strong passion for internet is a must. Understand internet users and their behaviors 2. Extensive experience with online marketing 3. Knowledge of search engine marketing including paid and natural search optimization 4. Some experience in data analysis or related field a plus. Good sense of numbers and nalysis 5. Strong Creative and out-of-box thinking skills 6. Work best in a start-up and fast-pace and challenging environment 7. Team player, self-motivated, and detail-oriented 8. Good communication skill, both in Chinese and English 9. 5-8 year of internet and marketing experiences. College graduate. |
