工作內容/職務描述	Hello! About us : We are new dating service invested by several angels. We have 2 products and currently need one more talent backend developer for 1 product. About job : You will need to do everything in ruby with following jobs : 1. Write some algorithm with graph traversal 2. Handle complex data between mysql, redis, memcached. 3. Boost performance of current backend with Ruby & eventmachine. Requirement : 1. Talent & really know Ruby itself. 2. Know everything about how to build a scalable with ruby & eventmachine. 3. Know SQL, Redis, Memcache pretty well. 4. Use Git. Big Plus : 1. Know algorithms especially related to graph traversal 2. Experience with linux, scalable server management 3. Erlang Work environment : 1. You work remotely via oDesk monitor, we pay you weekly to your credit card, you earn by your work hours. 2. You work with others from worldwide (ex : Serbia, Russia..) , so your skype need to be always on, and can at least communicate on skype via text. 3. To get the jobs done, you grab job from Trello boards, discuss there, and moving cards around. 4. We (company and your co-workers) review your code, if you are not qualify, we will discontinue the contract. Pay : Our pay start from $10 usd / hour at least. Some of our employees earn $30 or more per hour, all depends on your skills.
