Come be a part of our team which is passionate about creating the very best product for our users. The successful User Acquisition Manager candidate will drive go-to-market strategy and execution for all FDT’s products and incubator programs globally. And the product marketing team will be responsible for everything from product positioning, value proposition development, target audience research, user persona development, new feature and product launches, product strategy, partner strategy, sales enablement and development of verticalized product marketing collateral. RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan and execute mobile app marketing programs for FDT's app portfolio to address acquisition, engagement and retention objectives Lead adoption of new mobile marketing channels across the broader marketing team Work with Product and Marketing to build advertising plans, performance metrics, and budgets that align with the company’s goals – and be prepared to update them quickly as priorities may shift. Identify new partner, platform, and optimization opportunities to drive campaign performance Develop test plans, measure performance, and make recommendations based on testing. Partner with International and Localization teams to support International advertising as appropriate. Identify the highest impact testing opportunities, prioritize, execute, track results and communicate to game and marketing teams. Be the evangelist on the mobile landscape and best practices, to ensure all campaigns meet the highest standards REQUIREMENTS: 3-5 years experience in marketing, with at least two years spent solely in the mobile app marketing space Strong analytical skills and experience working in metrics based companies. Genuine interest in investment, social, gaming, analytics, and advertising a must. Passion for problem solving: You must be able to tackle new, unfamiliar, and possibly daunting problems--to break them down into manageable bits and solve them. Experience – and a desire – to do both strategic planning and daily execution/optimization. Experience working in fast-paced environments, preferably in an internet, financial, or consulting industries Display, SEM, Facebook advertising experience a plus.
