[Remuneration] 200,000 NTD~ 260,000 NTD [Description] Our current testing process works like this: 1. server-side logic is tested exclusively with automation 2. web browser rendering is tested manually with browserstack.com and some VMs, cases executed by an outsourced test team 3. client-side apps are tested with a combination of unit and manual tests. We’re investing to shift that balance more towards automation. [ Responsibilities] 1. Create test plans. Partner with the development teams to clearly define responsibilities for automated vs manual tests. Define a burndown of work to maximize automated test coverage. Your goal is to ensure our desired level of quality with minimal testing time. 2. Write manual test cases, and create a process for keeping them updated throughout the product lifecycle. 3. Manage a team of outsourced testers working remotely who can execute manual test cases and possibly write or edit cases under your supervision. 4. Perform smoke-tests 5. Design and develop test tools (ie: simulators, sinks, configuration frameworks) using a language of your choice in collaboration with dev teams 6. Perform non-functional testing (load/performance, crash tests) 7. Manage various staging environments for our server-side products 8. Maintain some of our build and continuous integration environments [Requirements] 1. Fluent in at least one programming language 2. Expert in at least one UI automation framework 3. Deep understanding of software testing principles for both client-side and server-side code 4. Experience using test management tools 5. Excited to learn new technologies.
