职位要求：
At least 5 years experience of design, development and implementation of largescale and high performance web applications, especially in backend
Broad knowledge on modeling, design patterns, refactoring, unit test.
Broad knowledge on Agile methodology and practices, such as SCRUM, Extreme Programming (XP), Test Driven Development (TDD), Continues Integration, etc.
Strong software engineering, project management knowledge & experience
Deep understanding of IT trends, keeping eyes on emerging technologies in the areas of Java, Open Source, SOA, Web2.0, Database, Security, etc.
Bachelor or master degree in computer science or equivalent experience
Excellent written and good spoken communication skills in English
