Job objectives:

Responsibilities:
Design, code, and unit test new features and modifications. Implement projects in a timely manner in conformance with coding standards and in compliance with defined specifications
Triage, re-factor, and troubleshoot issues found within the code base
Communicate effectively in a fast paced work environment
Develop robust, reliable, well tested software.
Research data quality issues
Qualifications:
Experience
6+ years software development experience
2+ years object oriented analysis and design
2+ years programming experience in Java
2+ years SQL experience, Oracle preferred
2+ years developing high volume, reliable server side software
2+ years developing in a Unix / Sun OS / Linux environment
1+ years experience with one or more persistence frameworks such as JDO or Hibernate
1+ years experience Spring, Struts, or related presentation tier technology
1+ years CVS
Experience coding Java Server Pages with dynamic data, particularly with JSTL/Struts custom tags
In depth knowledge of HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, and CSS
Exposure to AJAX, XML related technologies (XML, XSD, XML Schema, XSLT, XPath)
Knowledge/Skills
Excellent written and verbal skills
Comfortable in a fast paced environment
Proven ability to deliver results in a complex, large development projects
Effective and efficient time management and problem solving skills
Ability to influence others in support for a common goal
Ability to translate business requirements into a technical design that can be understood and implemented by a cross functional team
Strong team contribution and interaction； positive team member
Able to take several assignments at the same time and manage development activities according to priorities and schedules.
Experience considered strongly:
Experience and knowledge of the eCommerce industry
Experience using persistence frameworks
Experience building web applications in an object oriented development environment
SQL experience, Oracle preferred
IDE experience (Eclipse)
Data warehouse experience along with business intelligence and reporting tools experience
Experience with workflow engines, preferably jBPM
Exposure to AJAX, XML related technologies (XML, XSD, XML Schema, XSLT, XPath)
Education/Certifications
BS. Computer Science
Java certification(s), desired

是一個人年薪預算最多是在2.1M!

雖然是「以內」
但我想大部份的人看到 2.1M 的數字
眼睛都會為之一亮

手邊有一些工作機會真的都很不錯!
客戶營運狀況也很不錯,持續有再賺錢!財務狀況也沒問題!
相對來講需求也比較嚴格!
但期望能夠找到符合客戶的人選!
所以,大家加油!一起拼經濟囉!

are there any other kinds of responsibilities like providing team/technical leadership, business analysis, creating architectural solutions and writing proposal/SOW?
or just purely developing and implementing technical solutions using the technologies and skills described in the above post

在台灣目前沒有這樣的管理職缺!
公司在全球約有1200名員工,其中台灣有20~30位,持續擴編當中!
期望將公司打造成"日不落"的公司,也就是說當美國下班前將公司交接給台灣繼續完成!
因此在台灣全都是以研發為主!
