工作內容/職務描述	The engineer is responsible for analyzing, designing, installing, configuring, maintaining and repairing application/solution in multiple DataCenter. The engineer need to perform a wide variety of evaluation, maintenance, installation and training tasks to ensure the company infrastructure performance meets company and user satisfaction. The Engineer also need provides direction, information, and recommendations to operation engineer regarding infrastructure configurations and installations. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Maintain a thorough understanding of the basics behind the infrastructure and its workings 2. Configure and maintain windows/linux platform to fine tune the performance 3. Configure and maintain application solution (i.e. multiple backup solution / file management solution) 4. Quickly understand software/tools (architecture and data flow) to designand implement the solution into DataCenter. 5. Managing assigned projects and program components to deliver services in accordance with established objectives. 6. Responding to inquiries from staff, administrators, service providers, site personnel and outside vendors and etc. to provide technical assistance and support 7. Complete Root Cause Analysis within 120 hours 8. Troubleshooting malfunctions of infrastructure and software applications 9. Resolving operational issues and restore services. 10. Any other duties as assigned by management Requirement: 1. 7+ experience on multiple OS integration, software tools design and implementation 2. Ability to create operation SOP and to guide operation engineers 3. Technical, analytical and interpersonal skills required 4. Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task 5. Ability to communicate in an understandable manner, both written and verbal 6. Availability in response to the needs of the customer incident handling and equipment malfunctions 7. RHCE/MCSE cert are plus 8. Storage and virtualizationo experience is a plus 9. Application/Solution deployment/implementation in AWS 10. Heterogeneous platform (windows/linux/MAC) integration 11. Enterrpise level commercial / open source software study and implementation
