| 工作內容/職務描述 | This individual will ensure that designs meet Marketing requirements, as well as R&D design standards, work with manufacturing on new designs to assure manufacturability, provide technical support on products already in production, and develop new ideas for low-cost design principles and practices. Also, this individual may take a lead role on complex projects that require multiple engineers.
Job Description: -With very minimal supervision, design, analyze, construct and evaluate electronic audio circuits, ensuring that all design standards and Marketing requirements are maintained. -Take the lead role in the design of mechanical components of audio products, making sure that all electronic and mechanical components and assemblies interface correctly. -Communicate with Marketing and Manufacturing team members regarding design decisions and trade-offs. -Obtain appropriate input to ensure the quality of the product design. With very minimal supervision, devise solutions to technical problems that arise in products in production. -Create engineering change notices as necessary. -Use CAD tools such as PCB layout software, schematic capture software, circuit simulation software, etc., to expedite and improve product designs. -With some supervision, plan and schedule the activities necessary to complete complex long-term projects. Requirement: -Extensive experience in digital hardware design and familiarity with DSP and Microprocessor architectures. -Typically 7-15 years is required, but this can vary widely, depending on ability and how relevant the experience is. -Musical background is a plus but not required. -Advanced design, analysis and debugging skills sufficient to design, with very minimal supervision, signal processing circuits and mechanical components for audio products. -Familiarity with mixed-signal design including audio and data converters. -Advanced design, analysis and debugging skills, proficiency with standard electronic test equipment, and ability to work with surface mount components. -Ability to construct electronic circuits using basic tools. -Good technical and non-technical communications skills. -Project planning skills. |
