UI Web Developer Leader (New position)
* will lead a team 0f 20 web developers eventually.

Job Responsibilities:
  Design and develop high performance, secure and scalable website that meets the performance metrics
  Ownership to all UI related issues reported
  Allocate and prioritize work to team member to meet release schedule
  Monitor latest development in web technology

Requirements:
  Good understanding of the internal working of browsers
  Comprehensive understanding of the HTTP and network protocol; Database Microsoft SQL 2000/2005 or Oracle
  Passion in web base languages such has JavaScript, CSS, JQuery, C#, ASP.NET
  Web site optimization and performance tuning experience
  Understand security related issues in operating large websites
  Knowing where and how to cut corners when you code
  Attention to detail in UI elements
  Interpersonal communication skills
  Knowledge of cross-browser, cross-platform design constraints
  Team player

Salary: Open (13 months fixed)

Location: 台北內湖
