職務名稱:BIOS Support Engineer
Based in Taipei or willing to relocate to Taipei after training, as BIOS Support Engineer (BSE) you will report to R&D management. 未來辦公室會在台北成立，report to R&D主管
You are responsible for assisting our PC OEM/ODM partners with their effort to integrate our product and resolving technical issues in a timely and effective fashion. 需協助PC OEM/ODM合作夥伴，有效的提供合適的解決方案。
You should be able to work flexible hours, answer BIOS-related questions and requests through the phone, email, and onsite visits, and refer partners to documentation or existing solutions, assist them with work-arounds, and escalates true product issues quickly to Development. 工作時間彈性配合（因是跨國性公司），透過電話，E-mail及現場訪問回答BIOS相關的問題及要求。
As a BSE, your responsibilities will be, but are not limited to:
Key Responsibilities:
Understanding our BIOS and software technical specifications and helping partners to understand, implement and validate the integration our of code in their BIOS
Travel to partner’s offices to provide on-site support
Assist our local business representatives with technical aspects of our product
Hold a high standard of intellectual property protection for our technology
Strong knowledge of out development process specification and monitoring
Required Skills & Experience:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin
Excellent customer support skills
3-5 years experience in BIOS and software development
Familiar with UEFI specification and have at least 1 year hands on experience
Fluent with C, C++ and Assembly language with BIOS and system-level expertise
Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve
Good documentation skills
Work well self-managed; able to carry tasks through to completion without constant supervision
Assets:
Good presentation skills
Experience with various IT security concepts and implementations
Other Asian language proficiency, such as Japanese or Korean
Other OS proficiency, such as Linux or Mac
Familiar with Microsoft Office especially Visio
Familiar with Microsoft SQL server
Education:
Computer Science or Engineering Degree, technical diploma, or equivalent experience.
