[Job Description]
* Support Sales team’s efforts to identify & educate prospective customers for Armorize’s Web Application security solutions.
* Customer research, consultation and profiling.
* Proof-of-concept preparation, execution, support & feedback reporting.
* Post-sales technical support & consultation.
* Supervision of feature request, integration & other special requirement development & delivery.
* Product & Web-security related training.
* Development of product-related deployment, execution, customer-side optimization processes & best-practices.
* Interaction with Sales & Marketing team to provide latest trends & feedback related to the market. Act as a technical intermediary between customers & Sales & Marketing teams.
[Required Attributes]
* Education:
(1.) Degree in Computer Science, preferably Post-graduate.
(2.) CISSP or other Information Security related qualification a definite plus, but not essential.
* Experience & Skills:
(1.) 3 - 4 years experience in at least one of the following functional areas:
Web application development (coding) for at least one of the following programming languages: Java, .NET, PHP, ASP Classic.
(2.) Web Penetration Testing, Code Review, Malware Analysis or other Web Security related function.
(3.) Good knowledge on computer hardware, Windows & Linux operating systems, Intra & Inter-networking.
(4.) Ability to troubleshoot and identify Layer 1 through Layer 7 IT Technical issues upon initial contact.
(5.) Minimum 6 months customer-facing experience whether in a consulting, support, or sales role.
(6.) Good written and oral communication in English.
(7.) Sound project management skills.
(8.) Customer focused attitude and dedicated to problem resolution.
(9.) Must be a team player with a focus on closing deals.
(10.)A quick learner with special attention to detail & deadlines.
