職務名稱:網路管理工程師Application Service Delivery Analyst
工作內容:
1.SOD system health check, dealing room production support, handle hotline support calls.
2.Escalation / Communication of any prod issues to the vendors and various internal AD support teams
3.Incident management via call tracking and incident mgt toolCreate customized reports in response to specific FO and MO requests using Excel macros, MS Access report tools.
4.Work closely with vendors and internal AD teams to manage and deliver application enhancements.
5.Review current business processes and initiate plan to automate functions to obtain efficiencies.
6.Responsible for other duties and projects as assigned by management
Preferred
a.Experience with Change Control and Change Management procedures
b.Experience with multiple messaging and data transfer interfaces such as NDM, FTP, SFTP
需求條件:
1.Min 1 year of production app support experience, understand the urgency of production issues. Excellent problem solving skills with ability to work under pressure and without supervision in a fast paced environment.
2.Must have experience working with end users and understand the priority of issues and the requirement for effective and timely communication
3.BS or above in Computer Science or Engineering related fields.
4.Must have very clear and concise written and verbal skills
5.Must be a process driven person who is self motivated to dig into processes to learn the business and to resolve issues.
6.1-2 years in UNIX (Solaris 8.0 above) and/or Linux (Rat Hat 3.0 above) support experience.
7.Team player and able to support flexible working days/hours. SOD starts at 7:30 a.m. and weekend work when required.
8.Good English.
